Aquaright MK 01

AQUARIGHT MK 01 is a neutralizing amine, based on cyclohexylamine, used to correct the pH of condensate and to prevent corrosion in steam lines. In hot water circuits, where the make-up is of de-mineralized water quality. AQUARIGHT MK 01 may be employed to obtain the required pH, and prevent corrosion.

TREATMENT AND REQUIREMENTS

For steam boilers, the rate of dosing is dependent on the CO2 present in the steam, and it will be established by PT ZEFA VALINDO JAYA to suit the particular circumstances.

AQUARIGHT MK 01 should be dilute as required, with clean water, and injected continuously by a dosage pump. For hot water circuits, the AQUARIGHT MK 01 dose should normally be adjusted to maintain the circuit above pH 8.5, but optimum pH levels will be specified by PT ZEFA VALINDO JAYA.

AQUARIGHT MK 01 may be injected without dilution.
