TERMS, AGREEMENT AND CONDITIONS OF USE

TERMS

To transacting on this website, you must register first, by filling your personal data, e-mail address, and other information.

Please make sure your e-mail address is valid and active. Important transaction documents will be sent via e-mail, check your e-mail inbox periodically.

Errors in data input can effect transaction process being delayed, so make sure your data is correct before registering.

AGREEMENT

By registering and transacting on our website, you declare that you have agreed to all terms, agreements, and conditions that we describe here or on the Shipping and Payments page.

CONDITION

We make sure all the products we sell on this website are in good condition and will be packaged in safe condition (prices for all products listed include the price of wooden crate packaging).

If you receive the product in damaged condition which is not caused by shipping, please contact us immediately.

GUARANTEE

All products that have been purchased cannot be returned or exchanged. We are not responsible for any problems or damage that occurs after you use the purchased product.

PRODUCT AND DELIVERY

  1. Transaction will be process in 24 hours (Work Hours 08:00 - 17:00)
  2. Delivery time of each item refers to the estimated delivery based on the selected expedition.
  3. "Dosing Pump" and "Marine Paint" products are indent items (time varies), and we need the product specification data, so please fill out the inquiry form via the link we provided on dosing pump or marine paint product page. Our team will send the quotation to your e-mail as soon as possible.
  4. Goods receipt will be sent once the goods arrive at the expedition
  5. For purchases product above 20 kg, we recommend using our Company Courier (for the JABODETABEK area - free), or Dakota Cargo expedition for more economical shipping cost.
  6. Especially for Dakota Cargo expeditions, the shipping price will be informed by our team after you purchase the product, since Dakota Cargo cannot yet be integrated with the online website system.

PAYMENT

  1. Payments will be process within 24 hours (Work Hours 08:00 - 17:00)
  2. PT Zefa Valindo Jaya only accepts payments via BCA Bank, with account number "1666333111" and account name "PT Zefa Valindo Jaya", be careful making payments outside of this account.
  3. After making payment, please confirm via online chat feature that we provide on this website. The feature is at the bottom of the website page.
