The F8 medium/fine filter is designed for HVAC and AHU systems. This filter very effectively captures fine particles sized 1 – 10 microns including fine dust, pollen, mold spores, and various indoor air pollutants.

With dimensions 592 × 592 × 535 mm and very deep design, this filter offers large media surface area resulting in outstanding dust holding capacity and very low initial pressure drop. This combination makes it one of the best choices in terms of energy saving while still maintaining excellent air quality.

Filtration Stage Sequence

1. Pre-filter (G4) → removes large dust and coarse particles
2. Medium / Fine Filter F8 MPG001 → captures fine particles & reduces load on final filter
3. Absolute HEPA filter (H13/H14) → final stage for maximum purity (if required)

Installation Instructions

1. Clean the housing or filter frame from dust and debris before installation
2. Check gasket condition (if used) and make sure sealing surface is clean
3. Install filter following the airflow direction arrow on the frame
4. Press gently until fully seated and secure if there is locking mechanism
5. Ensure there are no gaps or air bypass around the filter
6. Check differential pressure after installation

When to Replace the Filter

• Replace when final pressure drop approaches or reaches 450 Pa
• When differential pressure increases significantly (fan works harder, higher electricity consumption)
• When air quality appears to decline or system performance decreases
• When typical service life of 6 – 18 months is reached (depending on dust load and environment)
