Filtration Stage Sequence
- Pre-filter (G4) – removes large dust and coarse particles
- Medium/Fine filter (F7–F9) – captures medium to fine particles

Installation Instructions
- Ensure housing/plenum is clean before installation.
- Check knife-edge or sealing surface for cleanliness and damage.
- Remove old filter carefully (use PPE).
- Install new filter: align downstream gasket side, lower gently until fully seated.
- Confirm level and proper alignment.
- Perform DOP/PAO leak test after installation.
When to Replace the HEPA Filter
- Final pressure drop reaches or exceeds 600 Pa
- Significant rise in differential pressure → higher fan load and energy use
