The HEPA Filter H13 MIKROPOR HFN020 provides superior air filtration with ≥99.95% efficiency at 0.3 microns (EN 1822 certified). It effectively removes ultra-fine dust, bacteria, viruses, pollen, and microscopic contaminants. With dimensions 610 x 915 x 150 mm, 15.6 m² media area, and 900 m³/h airflow capacity, this deep-pleat model is engineered for high-volume systems requiring maximum air purity, such as large cleanrooms, hospital operating suites, pharmaceutical facilities, and microelectronics production. The 150 mm depth significantly increases dust-holding capacity and service life compared to standard models.

Filtration Stage Sequence

1. Pre-filter (G4) – removes large dust and coarse particles
2. Medium/Fine filter (F7–F9) – captures medium to fine particles
3. HEPA H13 – final stage for maximum cleanliness

Installation Instructions

1. Ensure housing/plenum is clean before installation.
2. Check knife-edge or sealing surface for cleanliness and damage.
3. Remove old filter carefully (use PPE).
4. Install new filter: align upstream gasket side, lower gently until fully seated.
5. Confirm level and proper alignment.
6. Perform DOP/PAO leak test after installation.

When to Replace the HEPA Filter

• Final pressure drop reaches or exceeds 600 Pa
• Significant rise in differential pressure → higher fan load and energy use
• Leak test fails (mandatory every 6–12 months per ISO/GMP)
• Typical service life 1–3 years (depending on dust load and pre-filter quality)
