AQUARIGHT KP 35 AC
AQUARIGHT KP35AC is a liquid coagulant chemical based on Polyaluminium Chloride (PAC), designed to clarify water by agglomerating fine particles so they can settle or be removed.
SPECIFICATION
Appearance: Yellowish
pH: 2.0 – 4.0
Specific gravity: 1.20 – 1.25
Solubility: Soluble in water
MAIN FUNCTIONS
Used to clarify turbid water
Suitable for industrial wastewater and raw water with high or fluctuating turbidity
Does not cause water to become more turbid even when overdosed (unlike common flocculants)
DOSAGE & APPLICATION
General dosage: 5–10 ppm (5–10 mg per liter of water)
Dosage depends on water condition; jar test is recommended for optimal results
Can be applied directly without dilution, simply mix into water with stirring
ADVANTAGES
Ready-to-use in liquid form
Safe to use in higher doses without increasing turbidity
Suitable for various water pH levels
Effective for: Industrial wastewater, Raw water for PDAM, Flotation processes, Sludge dewatering
COMBINATION OF FLOCCULANT & COAGULANT
Inorganic wastewater: Anionic Flocculant A6025 + Inorganic Coagulant KP35AC
Organic wastewater: Inorganic Coagulant KP35AC + Cationic Flocculant C6660
Use inorganic coagulant KP35AC in the initial process before adding flocculant to neutralize colloidal particle charges (coagulation), so they can clump together. Then, use flocculant to help form larger flocs (aggregation of fine particles) after the coagulation process.
