Aquaright A055

Regulates and increases pH, water alkalinity, prevents silicate scaling, and neutralizes after boiler or cooler cleaning. Aquaright A055 is HALAL certified (certificate available upon request).

Dosage A055
Aquaright A055 is used to maintain boiler water alkalinity within the limits appropriate for operational conditions. Water characteristics will determine the required dosage (dosage will be specified by PT Zefa Valindo Jaya).

Aquaright P311

Disperses, softens, and conditions deposit particles, allowing them to be easily removed from the boiler via blowdown. It can also be used in cooling systems.

Aquaright P311 is a polymer-based treatment specially designed for scale prevention in boilers and boiler feedwater lines. It promotes calcium and magnesium salts to form light flocs that can be easily discharged with blowdown. Aquaright P311 is commonly used with oxygen scavengers and phosphates.

Treatment and Dosage P311
Aquaright P311 is typically maintained at concentrations between 100 and 500 mg/l in boiler water. The proper treatment level depends on operating conditions such as boiler pressure and boiler water alkalinity. Its viscosity allows dosing with conventional metering pumps without dilution, although dilution is possible if preferred. Aquaright P311 is non-corrosive to steel mixing tanks and metering pumps in both concentrated and diluted form.
