AQUARIGHT C6660 CATIONIC FLOCCULANT (LIQUID)

AQUARIGHT C 6660 is a medium molecular weight cationic flocculant that effectively conditions sludge for dewatering operations and assists in water clarification. It is used to clarify wastewater and bind sludge, making it easier to separate from water.

An effective conditioning agent for activated sludge and waste, various mixtures of primary and secondary sludge, and biological sludge.

Cationic flocculant C6660 is recommended for use with organic substrates (food & beverage, etc.). Commonly used in municipal wastewater treatment, textile wastewater, agricultural effluents, and more.

HOW TO USE & DOSAGE (POWDER FORM)

1. Dissolve C6660 powder in clean water to create a diluted solution (between 0.1% – 0.5%)

2. Example: 1 gram powder + 1 liter water = 0.1%

3. Mixing tank, pump, and piping must be made of plastic, epoxy-coated materials, or stainless steel

4. Stir continuously with a mixer (medium speed) until fully dissolved

5. Use the solution immediately, preferably within 24 hours

6. Dosage depends on application:

   Wastewater clarification: 0.5 – 50 ppm (0.5–50 mg per liter of water)

   Sludge dewatering: 0.2 – 7 kg per ton of sludge

1. Mixing tank, pump, and piping must be made of plastic, epoxy-coated materials, or stainless steel

2. Can be used directly without dilution

3. Dosage depends on application:

   Sludge dewatering: 0.2 – 7 kg per ton of sludge

   Wastewater clarification: 0.5 – 50 ppm (0.5–50 mg per liter of water)
