TRIAL PACKAGE Anionic Flocculant A6025 + Inorganic Coagulant KP35AC for Inorganic Wastewater

AQUARIGHT KP35AC
AQUARIGHT KP35AC is a liquid chemical coagulant based on Polyaluminium Chloride (PAC) that functions to clarify water by coagulating fine particles so that they can settle or be removed.

DOSAGE AND HOW TO USE KP35AC

General dosage: 5–10 ppm (5–10 mg per liter of water)
Dosage depends on water condition, jar test is recommended for optimal results
Used directly without dilution, simply mix into water with stirring

AQUARIGHT A6025
AQUARIGHT A6025 is a powder flocculant that helps bind small particles in water or sludge, so dirt settles quickly, and water becomes clearer. Suitable for non-organic substrate (Sand, mining, pulp & paper, domestic wastewater treatment or STP (sewage treatment plant), clean water treatment or WTP (water treatment plant), sludge dewatering, GRC board production, arbes, etc.). Cleaner results, clearer water, and faster process.

Water solubility: Completely soluble but dissolves very slowly
pH (1%): 6.0 – 8.0

HOW TO USE AND DOSAGE A6025

Dissolve 0.1%–0.5% (1–5 grams per liter of water) until completely dissolved
Stir the solution using a mixer at medium speed (200–500 rpm)
Use equipment made of plastic, stainless steel, or epoxy
The solution should be used within 24 hours if concentration is low (0.1%)
For sludge dewatering: 0.2 – 7.0 kg per ton of sludge, depending on sludge condition. Example: if you want to dewater 500 kg sludge and use medium dosage (2 kg/ton) then use 1 kg AQUARIGHT A 6025
For wastewater clarification: 0.5 – 50 ppm

• Light dosage: 0.5 gram per 1,000 liters of water
• Medium dosage: 10 grams per 1,000 liters of water
• Heavy dosage (very turbid water): 50 grams per 1,000 liters of water
