HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filter class H13 is one of the highest efficiency air filters available. It achieves more than 99.95% filtration efficiency for 0.3 micron particles as per EN 1822 standard.
The HEPA V-Bank H13 features dimensions of 305 x 610 x 292 mm with a 3/4 cell V-Bank configuration. This design delivers large media surface area, resulting in outstanding dust holding capacity and extended service life compared to conventional panel filters. The galvanized steel frame ensures exceptional structural strength and corrosion resistance, while premium microglass fiber media provides consistent high filtration performance. Optional flat neoprene or half round endless polyurethane gasket ensures perfect sealing, and optional protection grids offer additional media protection. This filter is the perfect choice for applications demanding the highest level of air purity, such as cleanrooms, hospital operating theaters, pharmaceutical production suites, and microelectronics manufacturing.
Filtration Stage Sequence
- Pre-filter (G4) removes large dust and coarse particles
- Medium or Fine filter (F7 to F9) captures medium to fine particles
- HEPA H13 (MVH001) serves as the final stage for maximum air purity
Installation Instructions
- Clean the housing or filter frame of dust and debris before installation
- Check the sealing surface (knife-edge or channel) to ensure it is clean and undamaged
- Install the filter following the airflow direction indicated on the frame
- Press gently until the filter is fully seated
- Ensure there are no gaps or bypass around the filter
- Perform differential pressure check and leak test (DOP/PAO) after installation Installation should be carried out by trained personnel in a controlled environment
When to Replace the HEPA Filter
- Replace when final pressure drop reaches or approaches 600 Pa
- When differential pressure increases significantly, raising fan load and energy consumption When leak test (DOP/PAO) fails during periodic integrity checks (required every 6 to 12 months per ISO/GMP standards)
- When average service life of 1 to 3 years is reached (depending on dust load and pre-filter quality)
Monitor differential pressure regularly. Replace earlier if air quality or energy efficiency is a top priority.
