FLUGO CKS Series Mechanical Diaphragm Metering Pump

The Flugo CKS Series is an electromagnetic diaphragm metering pump designed to provide precise chemical injection for a wide range of water treatment and industrial process applications. With a maximum flow rate of 24 L/h, a maximum discharge pressure of 10 bar, and an adjustable flow range of 0–100%, this pump delivers accurate, stable, and flexible dosing control to meet various process requirements.

The CKS Series features a modular design that separates the hydraulic module, electromagnetic power module, and electronic control module, providing superior heat dissipation and enhanced operational reliability. It is equipped with a PTFE + EPDM composite diaphragm, offering excellent chemical resistance, weather resistance, and long service life while ensuring consistent dosing accuracy.

All models come standard with an LCD display for easy operation and monitoring. Operating at a high frequency of up to 360 strokes per minute, the pump provides stable performance with minimal vibration and extremely low pipeline pulsation. In addition, the CKS Series is available with various pump head materials to suit different fluid characteristics and application requirements.

The pump is widely used in Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP), petrochemical plants, chemical processing, power generation, metallurgy, mining, shipbuilding, manufacturing industries, and other chemical dosing applications that require high accuracy and reliable performance.
