AQUARIGHT P 311 is a specially prepared, polymer-based treatment, for the prevention of scaling in boilers and in boiler feed lines. It causes calcium and magnesium hardness salts to form a light, mobile floc, easily removed by blowdown. AQUARIGHT P 311 is normally used with an oxygen scavenger and a phosphate.

Aquaright P 311 is normally maintained at concentrations between 100 and 500 mg/L, in the boiler water.

The correct treatment level for scale prevention depends on operating conditions, such as the boiler pressure and alkalinity of the boiler water.

The optimum treatment level, for any plant, will be specified by PT ZEFA VALINDO JAYA.

The viscosity of AQUARIGHT P 311 allows it to be handled by conventional metering pumps, without dilution, but it may be diluted if desired.

AQUARIGHT P 311 is not corrosive to steel mixing tanks or metering pump, in concentrated or dilute form.
