A dosing pump, or electronic metering pump, is a specialized pump for injecting chemicals accurately and safely for various applications.
This pump uses an electromagnet as its driving force. When energized, the electromagnet attracts a solenoid plunger, producing a reciprocating motion that moves the diaphragm to deliver a predetermined amount of fluid. This is suitable when a wider flow rate control band is required or when complex control using an external signal is required.
A solenoid-driven metering pump is suitable when a wider flow rate control band is required or when complex control using an external signal is required. The solenoid-driven metering pump has a maximum speed of 300 strokes/min (TACMINA benchmark), meaning it is 2 to 4 times faster than a motor-driven metering pump, and is capable of operating at a rate of once per minute. It has an embedded controller and can be programmed to operate in a variety of ways.
• Stroke Speed (ml/min): 15 to 300 mm
• Motor: 100-240 V, 1 Phase 50 Hz, 2.2 A, 16 watts
• Pump Head: PVC
• Diaphragm: PTFE
• Check Ball: Ceramic
• O-Ring: Fluoro-rubber
• Valve Seat: Special Fluoro-rubber
• Joint: PVC • Ball Stropper: PVC

Pump Type: Dosing Pump or Metering Pump.
Manufacturer: Tacmina Corporation (Japan).
Main Function: Used to inject chemicals or other substances into water, gas, or steam streams with high precision.
Application: Various industrial applications, including water treatment, agriculture, manufacturing, etc.
Capacity: The PZ Series pumps have a small capacity and use a solenoid as a drive.
• Wide Voltage Range: No need to worry about on-site power supply voltage or voltage fluctuations because they can be used with AC 100 to 240 V (±10%) power supplies. You can also store them safely because they can be used in a variety of locations and applications.
• Easy-to-operate Adjusting Dial: Manual adjustment from 15 to 300 pulses per minute.
• Water & Dust Resistant: IEC Standard: IP65 or equivalent (*Avoid condensation and immersion in water)
Advantages of solenoid-driven dosing pumps:
More precise fluid flow control
No mechanical motor required, resulting in fewer moving parts and minimal maintenance
Lower power consumption than motor-driven pumps
Compact & lightweight, suitable for a variety of industrial and laboratory applications
