Organic Waste Water Treatment Chemical Package : Organic Coagulant COP900 + Cationic Flocculant C6660

This trial package combines Organic Coagulant COP900 and Cationic Flocculant C6660, designed to work in sequence for effective water clarification and sludge treatment.

Step 1 – Coagulation

Use COP900 as the primary coagulant to neutralize the charges of colloidal particles, enabling them to aggregate.

Step 2 – Flocculation

Apply C6660 to enhance the formation of larger flocs, ensuring fine particles clump together for easy separation.

AQUARIGHT COP900 – Organic Coagulant

Specifications

• Appearance: Yellowish transparent liquid

• Al₂O₃ Content: 6 – 8 %

• pH (solution): 2.0 – 4.0

• Specific Gravity (25°C): 1.15 – 1.25

• Solubility: Completely soluble in water

Main Functions

• Clarifies water by removing fine silt, suspended solids, and impurities

• Applications: raw water treatment (PDAM, river water), industrial wastewater (paper, textile, food, chemical, etc.)

Dosage & Application

1. Prepare a 10% stock solution (1 part COP900 + 9 parts water).

2. Requires lower dosage compared to alum (aluminium sulfate) or conventional PAC.

3. Inject directly into raw water before sedimentation or flotation.

4. Stir lightly and wait for particles to settle.

5. Effective within pH 4.5 – 10.5 (no neutralizing agent required).

C6660 – Cationic Flocculant

Specifications

• Appearance: White crystalline powder

• Relative Density (H₂O = 1): 1.302

• Solubility: Soluble in water

Dosage & Application

1. Dissolve powder in clean water to make a dilute solution (0.1% – 0.5%).

   • Example: 1 g powder + 1 L water = 0.1% solution

2. Use plastic, epoxy-coated, or stainless-steel tanks, pumps, and pipelines.

3. Stir continuously at moderate speed until fully dissolved.

4. Use immediately (within 24 hours).

5. Typical Dosage:

   • Wastewater clarification: 0.5 – 50 ppm (mg/L)

   • Sludge dewatering: 0.2 – 7 kg per ton of sludge
