Mechanical diaphragm metering pumps utilize a mechanically driven diaphragm system to transfer liquid through diaphragm movement and displacement.
This type of dosing pump is commonly used for handling liquids without solid particles, with operating temperatures approximately between -15°C to 85°C and viscosities ranging from low to high levels. The flow capacity can be adjusted continuously from 0–100%, allowing flexible dosing control based on application requirements.
Mechanical diaphragm metering pumps offer several advantages such as leak-free operation, compact construction, easy maintenance, and cost-efficient performance. These pumps are widely applied in industries including water and wastewater treatment, environmental systems, pharmaceuticals, paper manufacturing, chemical processing, and other industrial applications involving slurry or chemical dosing.

The pump supports both manual and automatic flow adjustment systems. Automatic operation can be integrated through variable frequency control, digital controllers, or stroke controllers for more precise dosing applications.
Available flow capacities range from approximately 0.47 to 6000 L/h, with maximum working pressure options up to 1.2 MPa. Flow accuracy can typically be maintained within ±1%.
The suction lift capability reaches up to 3 meters of water column.
This pump model is not equipped with an internal pressure relief or safety discharge system. Therefore, installation of an external safety valve on the discharge piping is recommended to ensure safer operation.
For applications involving flammable, explosive, corrosive, or hazardous chemicals, a double-diaphragm configuration with diaphragm rupture detection can be selected to improve operational safety and reduce leakage risk.
This pump is widely used across various industries including environmental systems, water and wastewater treatment, pharmaceuticals, paper manufacturing, chemical processing, advanced materials production, slurry handling, and applications involving hazardous or corrosive chemicals.
The wetted components are available in various corrosion-resistant materials depending on the chemical compatibility requirements, including:

Diaphragm materials are available in PTFE or PTFE-rubber composite construction.
Equipped with a durable PTFE diaphragm offering strong chemical resistance and extended service life, suitable for handling a wide range of corrosive and hazardous liquids.
Optional double-diaphragm system with rupture monitoring enhances operational safety for aggressive, toxic, or hazardous chemical applications.
High-precision check valve design provides accurate dosing performance, reliable sealing, compact construction, and simplified maintenance.
The motor is positioned above the gearbox to help minimize the possibility of lubricant contamination and improve transmission reliability.
The pump can be integrated with variable frequency motors and 4–20 mA signal control systems for automatic flow regulation and external control integration.
Oil-lubricated transmission mechanism ensures stable operation with minimal maintenance, requiring only periodic lubricant replacement.
The gearbox housing is manufactured from high-strength aluminum alloy, providing lightweight yet durable construction.
Multiple material options for wetted parts allow compatibility with both corrosive and non-corrosive liquids, with custom materials available for specific operating conditions.
