AQUARIGHT P 311 is a specially prepared, polymer-based treatment, for the prevention of scaling in boilers and in boiler feed lines. It causes calcium and magnesium hardness salts to form a light, mobile floc, easily removed by blowdown. AQUARIGHT P 311 is normally used with an oxygen scavenger and a phosphate.

Dosis dan Treatment

• Can be dosed into the boiler feedwater line or directly into the boiler.
• Typically maintained at concentrations between 100–500 mg/L in boiler water.
• Aquaright P 311 is normally maintained at concentrations between 100 and 500 mg/L, in the boiler water.
• The correct treatment level for scale prevention depends on operating conditions, such as the boiler pressure and alkalinity of the boiler water.
• The optimum treatment level, for any plant, will be specified by PT ZEFA VALINDO JAYA.
• The viscosity of AQUARIGHT P 311 allows it to be handled by conventional metering pumps, without dilution, but it may be diluted if desired.
• AQUARIGHT P 311 is not corrosive to steel mixing tanks or metering pump, in concentrated or dilute form.
